Loretta Lynn Amateur Regional Championship

Loretta Lynn Amateur Regional Championship

May 29 – 31, 2026

THIS IS NOT AN OPEN ENTRY EVENT! You must first compete at 1 of 8 MIDEAST AREA QUALIFIERS (Schedule) and pay for your MX Sports entry form(s) in order to enter Friday practice, or weekend racing at this event.

One MX Sports form = one class.

There will be qualifiers in many classes at the Regional. We’ll run 2 qualifiers and 1 LCQ for these classes, and the qualifiers count as your first moto finish. (See Loretta’s Supplemental Rules for more info.) There are 8 Area Qualifiers, and the top 9 from each are eligible to enter the Regional from each. That’s 72 possible entries per class.

There could be a rare exception, but generally we won’t take an alternate if it would create qualifiers in a class.  If the guaranteed entries are already more than a full gate, we’ll accept up to 72 entries per class.

Gate Information

Gates open at 2pm Thursday, June 2nd. Once they open, they’re open all weekend including over nights. All racers, and all attendees age 12 and up need a wristband. There is no camping charge.

If you don’t plan to use the staging area Thursday, plan to arrive at 2:30 or later.

Thursday Staging:
Plan to get here when we open? Head to the Berrien County Youth Fair grounds; Shawnee Rd. entrance. It’s 6 miles north of the track. All staged vehicles will receive a police escort to get in first while all other vehicles wait for the line to clear.

Gates will remain open all night, table reflects price change.

Minor Release Forms

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: BOTH PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS, and the racer must sign a waiver!

Option 1: Register your racer online! This is the easiest way to meet all the requirements, find the registration link above. Enter BOTH parent (or legal guardian) names and email addresses. You will complete the waiver with your racer, then enter an email for the second parent to receive their waiver link. Both parents must respond to the waiver confirmation email in order for your Signup to be complete.

Option 2: A smart waiver link will be provided at SignUp that can be texted or emailed to a parent that is not physically present, so long as the other parent or guardian is there to sign the in person waiver.

Option 3: Both parents or legal guardians bring the racer to registration and fill out the waivers in person.

*Disclaimer! With all three options, there is a section for “sole custody.” DO NOT check this box unless you are the LEGAL, SOLE guardian! Falsely claiming sole custody can cause serious problems down the road!
