Minor Release Forms
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: BOTH PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS, and the racer must sign a waiver!
Option 1: Register your racer online! This is the easiest way to meet all the requirements, find the registration link above. Enter BOTH parent (or legal guardian) names and email addresses. You will complete the waiver with your racer, then enter an email for the second parent to receive their waiver link. Both parents must respond to the waiver confirmation email in order for your Signup to be complete.
Option 2: A smart waiver link will be provided at SignUp that can be texted or emailed to a parent that is not physically present, so long as the other parent or guardian is there to sign the in person waiver.
Option 3: Both parents or legal guardians bring the racer to registration and fill out the waivers in person.
*Disclaimer! With all three options, there is a section for “sole custody.” DO NOT check this box unless you are the LEGAL, SOLE guardian! Falsely claiming sole custody can cause serious problems down the road!
